There are a number of good resources out there for gathering information about real estate investing in general – BiggerPockets, Millionacres, Udemy (for actual courses), and many others, but the ones we recommend the most are these:
NerdWallet.com
Specifically, this website has a number of very easy to understand, succinct articles about different types of investments, what their upsides and downsides are, and where to gather further information as well. One of our favorites is this summary of Real Estate Investment
Investopedia.com
This entire website is devoted to all things investing, and boasts a tremendous knowledge base across virtually all types of investing. Much like NerdWallet, it has a number of additional features like calculators and links to outside resources, but where NerdWallet is much more approachable for very new investors, Investopedia tends to go a little deeper with its explanations which is great for more experienced investors.
